Terms and Conditions

By booking and staying at Treepie Safari Lodge, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payments

• A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a booking confirmation and deposit.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival at the lodge.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
• Loud noise and disturbances are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Any damage to lodge property will be charged to the guest responsible.

5. Wildlife Safaris and Activities

• Participation in safaris and other activities is at the guest’s own risk.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff during safaris and activities.
• Treepie Safari Lodge is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during these activities.

6. Health and Safety

• Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their stay.
• It is advised to take necessary precautions against wildlife and natural hazards.
• Emergency contact information is available at the reception.

7. Liability

• Treepie Safari Lodge is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to secure their valuables in the provided safety deposit boxes.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and providing services.
• Treepie Safari Lodge will not share guest information with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Treepie Safari Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Guests will be notified of any significant changes to these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
